Sellers must list only genuine, non-counterfeit products. Prohibited and illegal items are strictly banned from the marketplace.

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, images, and fair pricing. Misleading listings may lead to suspension.

Sellers must pack and ship orders within the promised timeline. Delayed or unfulfilled orders may attract penalties or account restrictions.

Sellers must honor return and refund requests as per platform policies and provide timely customer support for issues.

A platform commission is charged on every successful sale. Seller payouts will be released to the registered bank account as per the settlement cycle.
